Realme is relatively a new brand but still has managed to grab a great market share. Their phones offer some great bang for the buck specifications, and the company is also doing pretty good with the software updates. The company hasn’t even completed its first year since its launch, and has still managed to sell whopping 6 million devices. They even celebrated realme Yo! Days recently for this huge milestone.

The next mobile to be launched by them is the Realme 3 Pro. The phone is in the news for a long time now. Madhav Sheth, the CEO of Realme announced the launch date of the phone on his twitter handle recently. The phone will be launched on April 22nd.

Finally putting an end to your curiosity :) #realme3Pro is launching at 12:30 PM, 22nd April at the University of Delhi. RT as fast as you can! #SpeedAwakens pic.twitter.com/UAfLqbzNqa

The phone surfaced on Geekbench with model number RMX1851, showing some of its specs. The phone will be powered by Snapdragon 710 Soc along with 6 GB RAM, which will be best in its class for gaming. Madhav also shared a photo of him playing Fortnite on the phone with 60 frames per second, which is pretty impressive. Do keep in mind that it will be the only phone in its segment to support Fortnite, as it requires a capable GPU which no other phone currently in this segment provides. The phone will run on the newly launched Color OS 6 on top of Android 9 Pie.

The phone was also spotted on Bluetooth SIG, which further revealed some more specifications.

As already mentioned above, it will have Snapdragon 710 Soc with a clock speed up to 2.2 GHz. The phone will have a 6.3-inch Full HD+ display, most probably with a waterdrop notch on top. Some people also believe that Realme might include a pop-up camera on top, but considering the other specs, it kinda sounds impossible in this price range. It also gets a decent 3960 mAh battery, and it might also include fast charging this time. A 16 MP IMX519 sensor is possible to be included at the back, which was present on the One Plus 6T too.

It will be interesting to see how this phone competes with the Redmi Note 7 Pro, which is considered almost the best in this price segment currently. Stay tuned, until the phone gets launched on April 22nd, 12:30 PM IST at Delhi University, India.
