The new Safari design in macOS Monterey has been controversial, to say the least. The new design is radically different from previous versions of Safari, with features like color adaptivity, a dynamic url bar, and buttons crammed into a single three-dot list. Luckily, Twitter user Zhuowei Zhang has found a way to bring back the old design if you’re not happy with the new one. This might all be a temporary fix, as Apple could easily remove this ability in a subsequent beta of Monterey....

We get it, it’s cool to be able to use the iPhone’s taptic engine to simulate a button push. But it’s now being overdone to such an extent that we’re all suffering from haptic overload … Facebook has for a while done it when you like a post. It’s unclear why, as you get a clear visual indication – but the company apparently thinks it’s a good thing, as it is now testing the same feature in Instagram....

The first trailer for HBO’s limited series Catherine the Great, shows Helen Mirren once again ready to play royalty. Hearthstone pro Linh “Seiko” Nguyen threw a Grandmasters League match while attempting to play an Auto Chess qualifier simultaneously, later apologizing for the attempt on Twitter while addressing why he had made so many mistakes during the match he played on stream. Hearthstone Grandmasters League is a weekly tournament series that has some meaningful prizes attached to the end of it, with players competing for the chance to play an 8-player tournament with a $500,000 prize pool at the end of the year....

Harry Potter is undeniably one of the most charming, likable, and bravest protagonists of any fictional series in history. Harry’s entire life seemed to consist of suffering and pain, and he was literally marked from the time he was a baby as the one boy who could possibly kill the most powerful dark wizard of all time, or the boy who had to be killed by the most powerful dark wizard of all time....

When you think of Harry Potter, you can’t help but also think about Quidditch. It’s the magical game that has made its way over to the real world, even if participants can’t fly on broomsticks like they do in the novels and movies. And it’s a significant part of the wizarding community, their own answer to the likes of football, baseball, basketball, and soccer, not to mention very prominent at Hogwarts....

Even though it’s been over a decade since the book release of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows technically brought an end to the Boy Who Lived’s unforgettable story, Potterheads have had plenty of reasons since then to stay obsessed with J.K. Rowling’s wizarding world. The Fantastic Beasts films, the screenplay for Harry Potter and the Cursed Child and Rowling’s occasional Pottermore updates have helped fans feel like they’ve never truly said goodbye to Harry and his friends, so it’s no wonder that the Potter craze is as strong now as it’s ever been....

One of the biggest events in Harry Potter is Quidditch. It’s the premier sport of the wizarding world. People who attend Hogwarts love Quidditich, it’s an epic past time and the main sport depicted in the series. The entire game is played on broomsticks with members of each team flying and trying to catch the Golden Snitch, which is the Seeker’s job. When reading the books or watching the movies, you’ll see many different games depicted and understanding the rules of the game is surprisingly easy, maybe even easier than some of our own Muggle sports....

4th gen iPad Air and 8th gen iPad While details about the chip inside it are still unknown, we’ve learned that the 4th generation iPad Air will have a single-lens rear camera. The LiDAR scanner and ultra-wide lens will remain exclusive to the 2020 iPad Pro. Apple will launch the new iPad Air with the following model variants: A2072, A2316, A2324, and A2325. Apple is also working on a new entry-level iPad model, which is presumably the 8th generation iPad and it might be introduced tomorrow as well....

TMZ is reporting that actress Erin Moran, best known for her role on the classic sitcom Happy Days, has passed away at age 56. Her cause of death is not known at this time. Born October 18, 1960, Moran was the youngest of six siblings. She began acting at a very young age, landing a leading role on the final season of the TV series Daktari when she was only 7-years-old....

It does not seem like there are many career paths in the world of Harry Potter. The top three appear to be either the Ministry of Magic, a job in magical retail, or teach at Hogwarts.
